Chantal Preston is a singer Songwriter born in Winnipeg Manitoba and raised in Barrie, Ontario.

At an early age, Chantal Preston took a firm hold on her musical ambitions and career, developing a level of professionalism and creating a vision forherself that was ambitious, driven and bold.

Before she was even old enough to venture into bars and nightclubs, she was boldly entering these establishments with poise and a self-assuredness that belied her age and experience, book herself into a host of different venues throughout Central Ontario, all of which were known forhave music loving clientele with discriminating taste.

With a solid repertoire of popular cover songs coupled with well-crafted originals songs that ran the gamut of genre and style, Preston soon built a reputation as one of the brightest young musical lights on her local music scene.

Her steely determination and obvious talent as not only an effervescent and engaging live performer but also as a gifted songwriter has made many sit up and take notice of this precocious singer/songwriter. She has developed a true gift for creating delightful and evocative melodies, but with lyrical depth and elegance that are more reminiscent of poetry and short stories.

In early 2020 she signed with independent Label Rammit Records based out of Etobicoke Toronto when a worldwide pandemic began. Since then, Chantal hosted her own Podcast with HOLR Magazine called “In The Mirror” where she interviewed Artists on their music journeys to help others like herself stay inspired during this time of lockdowns.

This Alternative Rock vocal driven Singer took a new turn when her first Single “Heart of Gold” was released in 2021. She takes a new direction in the Pop/Dance scene with an 80’s vibe and catchy hooks. Her single was played internationally with great support from fans all over the world. She’s just dropped her second single called “Girls can be Toxic” with multiple remixes produced by Trevor Shelton and Marcus Kane released on July 29 th 2022. The Single is now playing on Canadian Radio and soon to the rest of the world.
